Well hello everybody and welcome to the final episode of the 12 Tech Tips of Christmas for 2025 here at Evolve EdTech. Episode 12. Exciting… and a little bittersweet.

When Is the 2026 Conference?

Each year, we host an official conference week in January — timed perfectly for Australian educators on summer break.

Monday 12 January – Friday 16 January 2026

New sessions will be released during that week, but remember:

• you do not need to watch them during that week

• everything remains available on-demand

⏰ Session Release Time

Each new session drops at 8:00am AEDT (Melbourne time).

How Long Are the Sessions?

Each session runs for approximately 45–60 minutes.

That’s:

• long enough to explore ideas properly

• short enough to fit into busy lives

Sessions include recordings, slides, and any supporting resources — all housed inside your conference portal.

Once registered, you’ll access the conference through your Evolve EdTech portal using the email you signed up with.
